A KKV rope hoist is a manually operated rope-pulling unit that can be used to lift, lower, tension, and secure loads in any position and direction. The originality of the KKV rope hoist lies in the fact that, unlike traditional winches or wire rope hoists, the wire rope does not wind onto a drum of a crane or traditional winch, but the pulling force is generated on the wire rope by two pairs of self-releasing gripping mechanisms, so that the rope simply passes through the device step-by-step.
It is used with a telescopic operating lever that can be adjusted in forward or backward directions and this transmits the force through the gripping mechanism, which moves the pulling rope forward or backward. The rope hoist can be quickly secured to any suitable fixing point with a hook or fixing eye. The wire rope hoist, complemented with a rope-turning disk, provides additional advantages. Overload protection is provided by a shear pin, which prevents accidents without damaging the device. The Gutman KKV rope hoist is also backed by decades of proven quality and brand name.
